Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cowtown Coastal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Local Delivery

On an occasional basis, Cowtown Coastal may offer local delivery within the Dallas-Fort Worth area for an additional fee.

Local delivery is not guaranteed and will be arranged at our discretion. Delivery timing and details will be coordinated directly with you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and being available to receive their order at the agreed-upon time.

TCU Student Pickup (The Commons)

We offer a TCU student pickup option at the TCU Commons for a reduced rate.

This option is available for TCU students only and requires a valid TCU email at checkout. Customers must be able to meet on campus at the agreed-upon time.

If this option is selected incorrectly or requirements are not met, the delivery method will be adjusted and the appropriate shipping fee will apply before the order is fulfilled.

Live Event Orders & Pickup

For orders placed at live or in-person events, pickup or delivery arrangements will be communicated directly. Customers are responsible for coordinating and receiving their order in a timely manner.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cowtown Coastal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Cowtown Coastal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
