Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their jewelry as outlined in our Care Guide.

Cowtown Coastal is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content associated with Cowtown Coastal, including but not limited to jewelry designs, product designs, images, videos, branding, logos, displays, booth setups, and marketing materials, are the exclusive property of Cowtown Coastal LLC.

This includes both digital content (website, social media, marketing materials) and in-person displays at events.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, photograph for commercial use, or otherwise use any content, designs, or materials without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content or designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Resale & Commercial Use
